Las Vegas Raiders 2-0 @ New England Patriots 1-1
The Raiders travel to New England to face Cam Newton and the Patriots. The Raiders are coming off a very impressive victory over the Saints on Monday night, while the Patriots ended up falling short against the Seahawks. The Raiders look like an early playoff contender with Derek Carr, looking the best he’s looked under Jon Gruden. The Raiders have young stars in Josh Jacobs and Darren Waller, who make the offense go. The Patriots and the revived Cam Newton look dangerous as well. The Patriots still lack dynamic weapons, and their defense struggled last week, allowing 5 touchdowns to Russell Wilson. I have the Raiders moving to 3-0 this week.
Raiders 21 - Patriots 20

Chicago Bears 2-0 @ Atlanta Falcons 0-2
The Chicago Bears are off to a 2-0 start as Mitch Tribusky has shown signs of improving early this season. They still have their elite defense, but now with Mitch not killing their chances, they look to be a potential playoff contender. The Falcons are coming off a loss in which they did what they do best, and that’s blow a lead. They were up 29-10 on the Cowboys and ended up losing 40-39. Matt Ryan and this dynamic offense have been let down time and time again by this defense, and the first two games of this season are no different. The Falcons also might be without Julio Jones this week as he’s dealing with a hamstring injury. Luckily, the Falcons have an emerging Calvin Ridley. I think the Falcons offense should put up enough points and Mitch can’t hang in a shootout, so the Falcons season gets a heartbeat this week.
Bears 23 - Falcons 34
Sunday, September 27th - 1:00 PM ET
Houston Texans 0-2 @ Pittsburgh Steelers 2-0
Deshaun Watson and the Texans are getting no favors with their schedule. After playing the Super Bowl champion Chiefs, and the Ravens, they now travel to Pittsburgh to play a very stingy Steelers defense. The Texans haven’t gotten going on offense, and I don’t see it happening this week. Meanwhile, the Steelers offense has gotten their Hall of Fame quarterback Big Ben back, and now their offense is rolling as well. I feel the Steelers will handle this one, and we get one step closer to freeing Deshaun Watson from Bill O’Brien.
Texans 17 - Steelers 31
Sunday September 27th 1:00 PM ET
Cincinnati Bengals 0-2 @ Philadelphia Eagles 0-2
The Bengals and Joe Burrow have shown great improvement through their first 2 games, and now they travel to Philadelphia to face the disappointing Eagles. Carson Wentz has struggled mightily, and it doesn’t help when most of his offensive line is injured. The Bengals have been close to getting their first victory, while it seems like the Eagles are just spiraling, so this week, the rookie Joe Burrow gets his first win.
Bengals 26 - Eagles 20
Sunday, September 27th - 1:00 PM ET
San Francisco 49ers 1-1 @ New York Giants 0-2
The 49ers suffered a ton of injuries last week losing Nick Bosa, Solomon Thomas, and quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Bosa and Thomas have been ruled out for the season with ACL tears, while Jimmy G should be back in a few weeks. The Giants also lost a star in running back Saquon Barkley who also tore his ACL last week. The 49ers should have enough firepower to still get this week.
49ers 21 - Giants 16
Sunday, September 27th - 1:00 PM ET
Tennessee Titans 2-0 @ Minnesota Vikings 0-2
The Titans are off to a good start and now they travel to Minnesota to face the struggling Vikings. The Vikings looked atrocious last week. Now, they look to bounce back at home. The Titans will be without AJ Brown this week, but Jonnu Smith and Corey Davis have been stepping up in the passing game. Kirk Cousins should have a better game this week, but the Titans will move to 3-0 this week.
Titans 26 - Vikings 23
Sunday, September 27th - 1:00 PM ET
Washington Football Team 1-1 @ Cleveland Browns 1-1
The Football Team lost last week against Arizona, now they look to bounce back in Cleveland. The Browns bounced back in week 2 beating the Bengals 35-30, now they hope their momentum can carry into this week. I think the Redskins are the type of team that Baker Mayfield can build his confidence. They should be able to have success on offense and the Browns will move to 2-1 this week.
Redskins 21 - Browns 27
Sunday, September 27th - 1:00 PM ET
Los Angeles Rams 2-0 @ Buffalo Bills 2-0
The Rams and Bills face off in what looks to be a great game. Both teams are off to 2-0 starts and this week someone’s 0 has got to go. The Rams offense looks to be back to its usual self after struggling last year. The Bills have looked amazing through two games, although those games were against the Jets and Dolphins, you can’t deny the progress Josh Allen has made. Josh Allen is the 4th quarterback in history to start a season with 700 yards, 6 touchdowns and 0 interceptions, in the first two games of a season. This game has two amazing young coaches in Sean McVat and Sean McDemott. I think the Bills defense and the impressive Bills offense should be enough to get the win this week.
Rams 27 - Bills 28
Sunday, September 27th - 4:05 PM ET
Carolina Panthers 0-2 @ Los Angeles Chargers 1-1
The Panthers could use a win this week after losing close games against the Raiders and Bucs. They travel to Los Angeles to face an elite Chargers defense. The Chargers had to start rookie Justin Herbert last week, after a team doctor accidently punctured Tyrod Taylor’s lung, so now the rookie Herbert, start again this week. The Chargers gave the Super Bowl champion Chiefs all they could handle last week, but came up short in overtime, 23-20. The Panthers will be without star Christian McCaffrey, and that will do no favors for the Panthers offense. The Chargers get the win this week.
Panthers 13 - Chargers 30
Sunday, September 27th -4:05 PM ET
New York Jets 0-2 @ Indianapolis Colts 1-1
The New York Jets have been their God awful to start the season. That’s nothing new for them though, the Jets are arguably, the laughingstock of the NFL. They travel to Indianapolis to face the Colts who thrashed the Vikings last week 28-11. It’s not much to say here, the Colts are better in every facet of the game. Colts win.
Jets 14 - Colts 24
Sunday, September 27th - 4:25 PM ET
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1-1 @ Denver Broncos 0-2
Tom Brady and the Bucs travel to Denver to face a depleted Broncos team. Tampa Bay got their first win in the Brady era last week. Brady has looked sharp through his first two games. Denver has been decimated by injuries. Drew Lock, Courtland Sutton and Von Miller just to name a few, however, with the new culture being set by Vic Fangio, the Broncos have fought hard. The Broncos if healthy, could just as easily be 2-0, but here they are 0-2, hoping to pull off an upset and fight to keep their season alive, until Drew Lock returns. The Bucs have too much firepower for the Broncos, but the Broncos will make it a game.
Buccaneers 23 - Broncos 16
Sunday, September 27th - 4:25 PM ET
Dallas Cowboys 1-1 @ Seattle Seahawks 2-0
The Cowboys did the impossible last weekend, coming back from a 19 point deficit to beat the Falcons. Now, with all momentum, they look to build on that in Seattle. The Seahawks beat the Patriots last week, and Russell Wilson has looked amazing through two games. Russ so far is completing 82.9% of his passes for 610 yards, with 9 touchdowns, and 1 interception. Both these secondaries have struggled, and this game may very well become a high point affair. I believe Russ continues his strong start and leads the Seahawks to a win.
Cowboys 30 - Seahawks 31
Sunday, September 27th - 4:25 PM ET
Detroit Lions 0-2 @ Arizona Cardinals 2-0
The Detroit Lions have led by double digits in four straight games, dating back to last season, they have lost all those games. The Lions have the ability to beat anyone, and probably should be 2-0, but they’re not now, they travel to face this dynamic Cardinals offense. Kyler Murray and Deandre Hopkins have shown great chemistry, as Hop has 22 catches through the first two games. This week should be no different as the Cardinals should improve to 3-0.
Lions 21 - Cardinals 26
Sunday, September 27th - 8:20 PM ET
Green Bay Packers 2-0 @ New Orleans Saints 1-1
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers look great thus far, but now they face the Saints, and fans or not, a trip to the Superdome, is never ideal. The Saints lost on Monday night to the Raiders, and out of that came questions, on if Drew Brees still has what it takes to be the quarterback the Saints need to win. The Saints were without star receiver Michael Thomas last week, as he’s dealing with a high ankle sprain. Green Bay may also be without their No.1 receiver Davante Adams, who is dealing with a hamstring injury and is listed as doubtful. The worry for Green Bay is that without Davante they don’t have the necessary weapons to contend, but that isn’t a problem for the Saints and with Drew Brees motivated to prove he still has “it” the Saints win this week.
Packers 23 - Saints 27
Monday, September 28th - 8:15 PM ET
Kansas City Chiefs 2-0 @ Baltimore Ravens 2-0
Without a doubt, the game of the week, Patrick Mahomes and the defending champion Chiefs, travel to Baltimore to face MVP Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. This is what many expect to be the AFC Championship game. Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson are the last two MVPs of the league, and both are off to astounding starts to their careers. Mahomes is 2-0 against Jackson, but both those games took place in Kansas City, while thus one takes place in Baltimore. The Ravens have looked flat out dominant through two games, while the Chiefs have struggled at times, especially last week. The Ravens will be motivated to beat the champs, and I think they will this week. Lamar and company get the win.
Chiefs 31 - Ravens 35
Great writing! 👏🏽
