RECORD LAST WEEK:8-6
RECORD FOR THE SEASON:48-30 (61.5%)
Thursday, October 12th, 7:15 PM CT
Denver Broncos 1-4 @ Kansas City Chiefs 4-1
Patrick Mahomes is 11-0 against the Denver Broncos in his career, and with how bad the Broncos defense is, it’ll easily move to 12-0. The Chiefs offense hasn’t looked like its normal dynamic self, but this could get them back on track.
Broncos 17 Chiefs 35

Baltimore Ravens 3-2 @ Tennessee Titans 2-3
The Ravens offense has been up and down this season and after blowing a late lead to the Steelers last week, they will probably leave their offensive struggles in America as this game takes place in London. Meanwhile, the Titans have been up and down, one minute they look good, and the next, they look like they should have a top-10 pick in the next Draft. The Ravens should get the win in a defensive struggle.

San Francisco 49ers 5-0 @ Cleveland Browns 2-2
The Niners are coming off a dominating performance over the Cowboys, now they have to lock back in and face the Browns who could be without Deshaun Watson. The Browns have an elite defense so they may keep it close, but with a banged-up Deshaun Watson or if they have to start PJ Walker, the Niners should remain undefeated.
49ers 24 Browns 14

Indianapolis Colts 3-2 @ Jacksonville Jaguars 3-2
This very well could be the Gardner Minshew revenge game by the team he started his career with. However, this is a step back from Anthony Richardson, the Colts rookie sensation who was placed on IR with a shoulder injury. The Jags defeated the Colts in week one and I’m going to pick the Jaguars again this week.
Colts 20 Jaguars 24
Confidence Level:5
Washington Commanders 2-3 @ Atlanta Falcons 3-2
Both these teams are in the same tier of average so this game could go either way. Sam Howell has played a sloppy brand of football but he has the potential to go off at any moment. Desmond Ridder played his best game last week in a win over the Texans. The Falcons get my pick to win at home.
Commanders 23 Falcons 26
Confidence Level:3
Carolina Panthers 0-5 @ Miami Dolphins 4-1
The Dolphins have been putting up ridiculous offensive numbers while the Panthers who are winless have struggled defensively. The Dolphins should force some turnovers and run away with the win.
Panthers 20 Dolphins 41
Confidence Level:10
New Orleans Saints 3-2 @ Houston Texans 2-3
The Saints defense has been winning them games as the offense has held them back to start the season. Houston has potentially found their franchise quarterback. C.J. Stroud has been absolutely fantastic so far, and with a tough Texans defense, I’ll take Stroud and the Texans to prevail.
Saints 21 Texans 23
Confidence Level:2
Seattle Seahawks 3-1 @ Cincinnati Bengals 2-3
This game is difficult because Joe Burrow seemed back to normal last week, and if that’s the case, the Bengals can go on a win streak but the Seahawks offense is no slouch as well. However, the Seahawks offensive line is in disarray, and with the Bengals potentially finding a rhythm, I’ll trust them to get the win.
Seahawks 23 Bengals 30
Confidence Level:6
Minnesota Vikings 1-4 @ Chicago Bears 1-4
The Vikings will be without Justin Jefferson but they do have a few players that can step up like T.J. Hockenson, Jordan Addison, and K.J. Osborn. The Bears got their first win ofr the season against the Commanders last week as Justin Fields is starting to find his groove. I don’t know who to pick in this bottom-of-the-barrel game, but I’ll roll with the Bears to win their second straight game.
Vikings 26 Bears 29

New England Patriots 1-4 @ Las Vegas Raiders 2-3
Josh McDaniels gets to coach his mentor Bill Belichick this week in Las Vegas. The Raiders picked up a win over the Packers while the Patriots were embarrassed by the Saints. I’m going to reluctantly pick the Raiders to win over the offensively challenged Patriots.
Patriots 13 Raiders 20
Confidence Level:1
Arizona Cardinals 1-4 @ Los Angeles Rams 2-3
The Cardinals have been playing tough despite their record, now they face their divisional rival, the Rams. The Cardinals will have to deal with a Rams offense that has a lot of talent and although the Cardinals will hang tough, the Rams will get the win.
Cardinals 21 Rams 28
Confidence Level:4
Philadelphia Eagles 5-0 @ New York Jets 2-3
The Eagles haven’t won in a pretty fashion, but they’ve won and that’s all that matters. The Jets are better than their record but with Zach Wilson at the helm, they won’t be able to hang with the big dogs of the NFL.
Eagles 27 Jets 17
Confidence Level:9
Detroit Lions 4-1 @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers 3-1
The Lions are on the road this week traveling to Tampa Bay to face the Bucs who are coming off a bye. Tampa will be well rested but I feel as though this Lions team is oozing with confidence. The Bucs could pull off an upset, but I’m going to pick the Lions to move to 5-1.
Lions 24 Bucs 20

New York Giants 1-4 @ Buffalo Bills 3-2
The Giants are on Sunday Night Football, so if you have plans, make sure to do them Sunday night around 7 Central Standard Time. Josh Allen and the Bills suffered a defeat last week so they’ll be playing angry and should blow the Giants out this week in Buffalo.
Giants 16 Bills 37

Dallas Cowboys 3-2 @ Los Angeles Chargers 2-2
The Cowboys were embarrassed by the 49ers last week and will look to bounce back against a well-rested Chargers team, coming off a bye week. Kellen Moore gets to coach against the Cowboys, his former employer, and with the way Justin Herbert is playing right now, it seems the Cowboys made a bad decision letting him walk. I’m going to pick the Chargers to get the win in LA on Monday Night.
Cowboys 23 Chargers 28
