NFL WEEK 3 PREDICTIONS
Record Last Week 10-6
Record for the Season 19-13
Thursday, September 21st, 7:15 PM CT
New York Giants 1-1 @ San Francisco 49ers 2-0
The Giants pulled off a massive comeback last Sunday against the Cardinals but now, they face a different task in the 49ers who defeated the Rams last weekend 30-23. Saquonn Barkley will be out as he’s dealing with an ankle sprain and now the Giants offense has to find ways to succeed against this 49ers defense that is looking to perform better than they did last weekend against the Rams. San Francisco will move to 3-0.

Indianapolis Colts 1-1 @ Baltimore Ravens 2-0
Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson’s status for this week is unclear after suffering a
concussion last Sunday in the Colts win over the Texans. Whether he plays or not I have
serious doubts about Indy beating Baltimore. The Ravens offense looked legit last weekend
against the Bengals in their 27-24 win. Lamar Jackson has made tremendous strides as a
passer this season, but he still has the ability to hurt you with his legs. Lamar will have another big game this week.
Colts 20 Ravens 31

Tennessee Titans 1-1 @ Cleveland Browns 1-1
Browns star Nick Chubb suffered a gruesome leg injury on Monday that will sideline him for the season; however, this is a matchup made for a Browns bounce back. Cleveland’s defense did all it could to get the win over the Steelers on Monday night, but two big Deshaun Watson turnovers led to 14 Steelers points. The Titans offensive line against this Browns pass rush should be a big mismatch and one that should win the game for Cleveland.
Titans 20 Browns 23

Atlanta Falcons 2-0 @ Detroit Lions 1-1
The Falcons are off to a surprising 2-0 start and now look to make it 3-0 in Detroit. The Lions will be without Chauncey Gardner-Johnson and David Montgomery this week as they lost both in their 37-31 loss to the Seahawks. The Falcons run game has been fantastic led by rookie Bijan Robinson. The Falcons will win their third straight game to start the season.

New Orleans Saints 2-0 @ Green Bay 1-1
The Packers should be coming into this week 2-0, but after blowing a 12-point lead to the
Falcons last week, they’re 1-1. The Saints won on Monday night over the Panthers now they
travel to Lambeau. I have been impressed by Jordan Love through the first two games of the
season and I expect a bounce-back game from the Green Bay defense.
Saints 17 Packers 20

Houston Texans 0-2 @ Jacksonville Jaguars 1-1
C.J. Stroud has been good to start the season despite two losses, now he leads the Texans into Jacksonville. The Jags suffered a loss to the Chiefs and will look to have a much better
performance this weekend. The Jags defense should get after Stroud and get back in the win column.
Texans 16 Jaguars 24
Confidence Level:7
Denver Broncos 0-2 @ Miami Dolphins 2-0
The Broncos blew a 21-point lead last week to the Commanders, this week, they travel to Miami to play the most explosive offense in football. Ironically, the Broncos offense is less of a problem than the defense is, and now playing Tua, Tyreek, and Jaylen should have a field day against this Denver defense.

Confidence Level:9
Los Angeles Chargers 0-2 @ Minnesota Vikings 0-2
This is a matchup of two high-powered offenses with bad defenses. If you have any fantasy
players in this game you should have a good week. Both these playoff teams from last season are off to slow starts but considering the Vikings have had 10 days of rest, I’ll pick them to get their first win of the season.
Chargers 30 Vikings 33
Confidence Level:1
New England Patriots 0-2 @ New York Jets 1-1
New England has won 14 straight games over the Jets, but this could be the Jets best chance. The Patriots offense has a weakness at the skill positions offensively, which is where the Jets thrive defensively. In what should be a defensive game, I’ll roll with the better defense.
Patriots 17 Jets 19
Confidence Level:5
Buffalo Bills 1-1 @ Washington Commanders 2-0
The Bills responded in a big way last week while the Commanders completed a 21-point
comeback over the Broncos to win 35-33. The Commanders have the defensive line to mess
with Josh Allen, but in the end, the Bills are the better team and should get the win.
Bills 27 Commanders 20

Carolina Panthers 0-2 @ Seattle Seahawks 1-1
The Panthers offense has struggled through two games this season while the Seahawks have
had injuries to their offensive line that have made things difficult. The Seattle defense should
have success against this poor Panthers offense and win their second straight game.
Panthers 13 Seahawks 23
Confidence Level:9
Dallas Cowboys 2-0 @ Arizona Cardinals 0-2
The Cardinals have played tough through two weeks, but this is a different challenge with the Cowboys who have outscored their opponents 70-10. The Cowboys defense has been fantastic and they should once again put out a dominant effort this Sunday.
Cowboys 28 Cardinals 9
Confidence Level:10
Chicago Bears 0-2 @ Kansas City Chiefs 1-1
Chicago had some hype coming into the season, but that quickly went out the window after two bad losses to start the season. The Chiefs lost week one, but bounced back in a 17-9 win over the Jaguars. Kansas City should have an easy time this week.
Bears 13 Chiefs 27

Pittsburgh Steelers 1-1 @ Las Vegas Raiders 1-1
The Steelers won on Monday night over the Browns and played their second straight primetime game this week. Las Vegas was destroyed last week by the Bills. The Steelers offense isn’t good but their defense should force Jimmy G into mistakes and come out with the win.
Steelers 17 Raiders 14

Philadelphia Eagles 2-0 @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2-0
Two 2-0 teams matchup on Monday night as the Eagles travel to Tampa Bay. The Bucs were
written off before the season as Tom Brady retired, now they have Baker Mayfield starting at
quarterback. Philly hasn’t looked like themselves to start the season, but this is still the Eagles and they should get the win on the road in primetime.
Eagles 27 Bucs 21

Los Angeles Rams 1-1 @ Cincinnati Bengals 0-2
It’s so many things wrong with the Bengals right now, and Joe Burrow re-aggravating his calf
strain, is at the top of the list. The Rams have been much better than expected through two
weeks, but I just can’t see the Bengals starting off 0-3.
