WEEK 7 NFL PREDICTIONS

RECORD LAST WEEK:12-2

RECORD FOR THE SEASON:53-39

Thursday, October 17th, 7:15PM CT

Denver Broncos 3-3 @ New Orleans Saints 2-4

Sean Payton makes his return to New Orleans Thursday night against a depleted Saints team. Coming into this week the Saints are depleted as on Thursday night they’ll be without

quarterback Derek Carr, and their top two wide receivers Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed. The Broncos will be without their top cornerback Patrick Surtain II, but the Broncos are the healthier team and on a short week against a rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler, the Broncos should get the win.

Broncos 20 Saints 16

X-Factor: Bo Nix

Confidence Level:7

Best Bet: Under 37.5

Sunday, October 20th, 8:30AM CT

New England Patriots 1-5 @ Jacksonville Jaguars 1-5

The game only people in Boston and Jacksonville will wake up for when the Patriots face the

Jaguars in London. These teams have so many flaws you can honestly, just flip a coin and pick a winner. I believe the Jaguars are close to just falling apart as a whole, and the Jags pass defense is atrocious. I think Drake Maye will get his first NFL win this weekend.

Patriots 26 Jaguars 21

X-Factor: Drake Maye

Confidence Level:0

Best Bet: Drake Maye Over 205.5 Passing Yards

Sunday, October 20th, Noon games

Cincinnati Bengals 2-4 @ Cleveland Browns 1-5

The Bengals defense FINALLY played a decent game in the team's 17-7 win over the Giants last Sunday. Cleveland dropped another game as they lost to Philly last week. Cleveland is

horrendous on offense, and at some point, Deshaun Watson either needs to play

better or the Browns will HAVE to bench him. Deshaun Watson made the Eagles defense look good and the Bengals defense should look good as well, especially after the Browns traded star wide receiver, Amari Cooper.

Bengals 20 Browns 14

X-Factor Can Deshaun Watson Be Better than a College Quarterback

Confidence Level:9

Best Bet: Deshaun Watson over 0.5 interception

Miami Dolphins 2-3 @ Indianapolis Colts3-3

The Dolphins are coming off a much-needed bye while the Colts picked up a win on the road over their division rival, the Tennessee Titans last week. The Dolphins still have Tyler Huntley at quarterback while Indy will get their quarterback Anthony Richardson back. I believe Indy will get the win at home and send the Dolphins 2-4

Dolphins 16 Colts 21

X-Factor: Colts Ground Game

Confidence Level:6

Best Bet: De’von Achane over 44.5 rushing yards

Philadelphia Eagles 3-2 @ New York Giants 2-4

The Eagles put up a disappointing performance in their win over the Browns last week, now

they face a Giants team that has played pretty well the last few weeks. The Giants get Malik

Nabers is back this week and he should go crazy against a bad Philly secondary, but I still think the Eagles have too much talent for the Giants. Saquon Barkley has a big day in his return to MetLife and leads Philly to a win.

Eagles 24 Giants 21

X:Factor: Saquon Barkley

Confidence Level: 5

Best Bet: Saquon Barkley Anytime Touchdown

Detroit Lions 4-1 @ Minnesota Vikings 5-0

The game of the week takes place in Minnesota as the Vikings host the Detroit Lions this week in a battle for first place in the NFC North. The Lions blew out the Cowboys last week in Jerry’s world but the Vikings and their defense are different beasts. The Lions will be without their best defensive player broke his leg last week in the win over the Cowboys, The Vikings are coming off a bye and will be rested, but I expect the Lions offensive balance will keep the Vikings defense off balance, and they’ll give Minnesota their first loss.

Lions 30 Vikings 24

X-Factor: Jared Goff/ Ben Johnson

Confidence Level:6

Best Bet: David Montgomery Anytime Touchdown

Seattle Seahawks 3-3 @ Atlanta Falcons 4-2

The Seahawks have lost three straight games, now they face a Falcons team that looks better

with every week. The Seahawks defense has been bad and the Falcons offense over the last 2 games is averaging 37 PPG. Seattle will have their offensive success, but Atlanta will get the win at home and move to 5-2.

Seahawks 31 Falcons 34

X-Factor: Which Defense Can Force a Turnover or a Punt

Confidence Level:7

Best Bet: Over 50.5

Houston Texans 5-1 @ Green Bay Packers 4-2

Two of the NFL’s best young quarterbacks duel this weekend as C.J. Stroud leads the Texans

into Lambeau Field to face Jordan Love and the Packers. I’m expecting a shootout from two

great offenses, and with the Texans being on the road for the second straight week, I’m going to roll with Green Bay to get the win at home.

Texans 30 Packers 33

X-Factor: Josh Jacobs

Confidence Level: 4

Best Bet: Jordan Love 2 Touchdown Passes

Tennessee Titans 1-4 @ Buffalo Bills 4-2

The Bills are coming off a win on Monday night over the Jets while the Titans suffered a home loss to the Colts. The Titans haven’t been able to get anything going offensively, all year, and while their defense can keep them in this game, the Bills are simply the better team and will get the win.

Titans 17 Bills 27

X-Factor: Josh Allen

Confidence Level:8

Best Bet: Will Levis Over 0.5 Interceptions

Sunday, October 20th,3PM games

Carolina Panthers 1-5 @ Washington Commanders 4-2

Until they show me I shouldn't, I'm going to pick whoever plays the Panthers. The Commanders lost last week to the Ravens, but still, you could point out multiple bright spots from that game. Jayden Daniels and the crew get a win at home.

Panthers 17 Commanders 34

X-Factor: Jayden Daniels

Confidence Level:100

Bets Bet: Commanders -8

Las Vegas Raiders 2-4 @ Los Angeles Rams 1-4

The Rams got a much-needed bye and now host a Raiders team that is reeling. Davante Adams is no longer a Raider, and with the Rams being well-rested, give me the Rams to win at home.

Raiders 20 Rams 30

X-Factor: Kyren Williams

Confidence Level:9

Best Bet: Kyren Williams Over 92.5 Rushing Yards

Kansas City Chiefs 5-0 @ San Francisco 49ers

A rematch from last year's Super Bowl, the Chiefs fresh off a bye week head to San Francisco

to face the 49ers. The Niners had a mini-bye after they got a win over the Seahawks last

Thursday. Patrick Mahomes hasn’t been his usual self this season, but we know he can flip that switch at any moment. The Chiefs defense is also playing at a high level for me to pick KC this week and remain undefeated.

Chiefs 26 49ers 21

X-Factor: Can the Real Pat Mahomes Please Stand Up?

Confidence Level:7

Best Bet: Travis Kelce over 5.5 receptions

Sunday, October 20th, 7:20PM CT

New York Jets 2-4 @ Pittsburgh Steelers 4-2

The Jets suffered a tough loss to the Bills on Monday night now they face a must-win against

the Steelers. New York made a trade for All-Pro wideout Davante Adams to pair him with the

elite players already on the Jets offense, and reunite him with Aaron Rodgers. The Steelers are teasing the idea of starting Russell Wilson for reasons I can’t understand. The Jets offensive line will have its hands full, but I believe in the Jets going forward to make a playoff push, and it starts Sunday night in Pittsburgh.

Jets 24 Steelers 17

X-Factor: Jets offensive line

Confidence Level:5

Best Bet: Breece Hall Over 25.5 Receiving Yards

Monday, October 21st, 7:15PM CT

Baltimore Ravens 4-2 @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers 4-2

Two high-powered offenses face off Monday night as the Ravens face the Bucs. Baltimore after a slow 0-2 start, has found their footing, and Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson are showing why this pairing was going to cause so many headaches for defenses this season. The Bucs put up 51 points last week in their win over the Saints, and both teams have average defenses. I’m going to pick Baltimore in a fun high-scoring Monday night game

Ravens 30 Bucs 27

X-Factor: Derrick Henry

Confidence Level:6

Best Bet: Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown

Monday, October 21st, 8:00PM CT

Los Angeles Chargers 3-2 @ Arizona Cardinals 2-4

Jim Harbaugh hasn’t taken much time to get the Chargers to already look much better than

they did during the Brandon Staley era. At 3-2, the Chargers are in position to make a push for the playoffs behind a strong run game and a mistake-free Justin Herbert. The Cardinals are as inconsistent as it gets. One week they look like a high-flying offensive machine then they can barely muster up points. Maybe this is the week they look like the well-oiled machine, but I have my concerns with the Cardinals defense, so give me the Chargers to get the win on the road.

Chargers 27 Cardinals 21

X-Factor: J.K. Dobbins

Confidence Level: 8

Best Bet: J.K. Dobbins Anytime Touchdown
