WEEK 9 NFL PREDICTIONS

RECORD LAST WEEK 10-5

RECORD FOR THE SEASON 74-48-1

Thursday, November 3rd, 7:15 PM CT

Philadelphia Eagles 7-0 @ Houston Texans 1-5-1

The Eagles take their undefeated record to Houston on a short week to play the Texans. The

Eagles looked dominant in their win over the Steelers last week while the Texans suffered a

close loss to the Titans. Jalen Hurts looks like a real MVP Candidate and he will continue to play well as the Eagles move to 8-0.

Eagles 30 - Texans 14

Sunday, November 6th, Noon Games

Buffalo Bills 6-1 @ New York Jets 5-3

The Bills played nowhere near their best and still dominated the Packers. Buffalo has been

dominant, but this week, they travel to play the Jets who have shocked just about everyone with their 5-3 start. New York's run game and strong defense have been the reason for their strong start, but second-year quarterback Zach Wilson has held the team back. He threw three interceptions against the Patriots in a 22-17 loss. Until Wilson finally takes the step necessary for the Jets to truly ascend, they’ll keep falling short to teams like Buffalo.

Bills 27 - Jets 17

Los Angeles Chargers 4-3 @ Atlanta Falcons 4-4

The Chargers return from their bye to play the NFC South-leading Falcons. Yes, you read that correctly, the Falcons sit at 4-4 and are in sole possession of first place. Atlanta will run all day long on this weak Chargers defense, but in the end, I think with the Chargers missing their WR1 and 2 the Falcons get the win this week.

Chargers 26 - Falcons 27

Indianapolis Colts 3-4-1 @ New England Patriots 4-4

The Colts started Sam Ehlinger last week in a loss to the Commanders, but he did show

flashes. The Patriots defeated the Jets on the road, now back in Foxboro hosting a quarterback in his second start, I think the Patriots will cause problems for this Colts offense.

Colts 13 - Patriots 19

Miami Dolphins 5-3 @ Chicago Bears 3-5

The Dolphins are undefeated with Tua at quarterback, and now they face a Bears team who just traded their best defensive player. They won’t have the track show they displayed last week against Detroit, but they should still have success leading to their sixth win of the season.

Dolphins 30 - Bears 17

Green Bay Packers 3-5 @ Detroit Lions 1-6

The Packers actually showed signs of offensive improvement last week in their loss to the Bills, now playing the Lions, it’ll be interesting to see if they can build upon that performance this week against a poor Lions defense. The Lions offense however, is another story they very well could be 5-2, but their defense can’t stop a pee wee football team. In Detroit I have the Lions getting an upset victory over their NFC North foes.

Packers 27 - Lions 31

Carolina Panthers 2-6 @ Cincinnati Bengals 4-4

The Panthers almost won in Atlanta last week after two missed kicks. Now, they travel to Cincy to play a Bengals team that got embarrassed on Monday against the Browns. Carolina has actually played better the past few weeks with P.J. Walker at quarterback, but the Bengals are a far superior team and should be able to get back on track this week.

Panthers 17 - Bengals 26

Las Vegas Raiders 2-5 @ Jacksonville Jaguars 2-6

The Raiders were shutout against the Saints last week, now they try to move forward from that ugly game against the Jags. Jacksonville lost to the Broncos in London and can’t seem to win a close game to save their life. I think the Raiders will be able to pull out the win over Jacksonville.

Raiders 24 - Jaguars 23

Minnesota Vikings 6-1 @ Washington Commanders 4-4

The Vikings added TJ Hockenson this week in a trade with the Lions, and that will make this

already explosive offense harder to guard. The Commanders have won back-to-back games.

Washington’s defense has played much better the past few weeks, but I think the Vikings are

just rolling right now and winning their sixth straight game.

Vikings 28 - Commanders 27

Sunday, November 6th, 3PM games

Seattle Seahawks 5-3 @ Arizona Cardinals 3-5

An NFC West showdown between the Seahawks and Cardinals should be fun. These two

teams played a few weeks ago and the Seahawks won 19-9, but now with the Cardinals having DeAndre Hopkins back from suspension, I think the Cardinals offense will have much more success this week. I have a feeling Arizona gets the upset this week.

Seahawks 30 - Cardinals 31

Los Angeles Rams 3-4 @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers 3-5

A rematch of last January’s NFC Divisional round matchup between the Rams and Bucs, a

game in which the Rams won 30-27 on their way to a Super Bowl title. Both these teams have

been disappointing and are beat up. The Rams could be without Cooper Kupp. The Rams are 3-0 against Tom Brady since he became a Buc, but with the Bucs being at home I'm rolling with them this week.

Rams 20 - Bucs 23

Sunday, November 6th, 7:20 PM CT

Tennessee Titans 5-2 @ Kansas City Chiefs 5-2

The Titans have won five games in a row and face Kansas City in Arrowhead. The Chiefs

coming off a bye might as well be the best team to ever exist, giving Andy Reid an extra

week to prepare and draw things up, gives the Chiefs more of an advantage than they

already have. I have Mahomes and the Chiefs rolling this week.

Titans 21 - Chiefs 33

Monday, November 7th, 7:15 PM CT

Baltimore Ravens 5-3 @ New Orleans Saints 3-5

The Ravens are rested after defeating the Bucs last Thursday. Now facing another NFC South opponent they face the Saints, who defeated the Raiders last week 24-0. The Saints defense finally played up to their potential last week, and while they can pull off the upset, I have Lamar and the Ravens winning and moving to 6-3.

Ravens 26 - Saints 21
