WILD CARD ROUND PREDICTIONS

RECORD FOR THE SEASON 171-97-2

Saturday, January 14th, 3:30 PM CT

Seattle Seahawks @ San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers swept the Seahawks during their regular season matchups and now look to beat

them for a third time this weekend in the playoffs. Brock Purdy will be the story, as this is his first playoff game, and although he already has a win over the Seahawks, he’ll get another one with an easy game plan from Kyle Shanaahan.

Seahawks 16 - 49ers 29

Confidence Level: 9

Saturday, January 7:15 PM CT

Los Angeles Chargers @ Jacksonville Jaguars

A game with two of the brightest young quarterbacks in the league, making their playoff debut Justin Herbert and the Chargers face Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars. These two teams played in week 3 and the Jaguars dominated that game. However, Justin Herbert was a week removed from suffering a rib injury. I think the Chargers are the more talented team and keep their season alive.

Chargers 30 - Jaguars 27

Confidence Level: 3

Sunday, January 15th, Noon

Miami Dolphins @ Buffalo Bills

Tua Tagovailoa has been ruled out and that’s all you need to know going into what barring a

massive upset will be the Dolphins last game. Miami has played Buffalo tough in their two

meetings this season, even beating Buffalo, in their first matchup this season. The difference is they had Tua for those games. Buffalo advances to the divisional round.

Dolphins 17 - Bills 31

Confidence Level:10

Sunday, January 15th, 3:30 PM CT

New York Giants @ Minnesota Vikings

These two played a fun game on Christmas Eve, and the Vikings won on a 61 yard field goal as time expired. The Giants had a lot of success offensively, in their first matchup, and I can see them having similar success. This should be a high scoring game, and I'm going to go with the Giants to pull off the upset over a Vikings team. That has been weird to predict this season.

Giants 29 - Vikings 26

Confidence Level: 3

Sunday, January 15th, 7:20 PM CT

Baltimore Ravens @ Cincinnati Bengals

Lamar Jackson sounds like he’ll be out this week, but even if he did play, I don't think the

Ravens had much of a chance against the red hot Bengals. Cincy has won eight straight games and seems to be peaking at the right time. The Bengals beat the Ravens last week, and they’ll do so this week, advancing to play Buffalo.

Ravens 17 - Bengals 27

Confidence Level:9

Monday, January 16th, 715 PM CT

Dallas Cowboys @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Dallas always has the most pressure out of teams in the playoffs, and it’ll be interesting to see if they feel it going against Tom Brady and the Bucs. It’s hard to bet against Brady, but I just don’t feel that the Cowboys will go out sad this time in the playoffs. Dallas beats Tom Brady and moves onto the second round.

Cowboys 23 - Bucs 20

Confidence Level:4
